As from September 2017 our fees for all rooms will be £15.00 and £2.50 for a lunch session.

We charge a 1/2 termly administration fee of £5.00 unless your child is only accessing their Government Early Years or Two Year Funding.  Fees are invoiced in advance and must be paid two weeks before the end of each 1/2 term, fees are payable whether sessions are attended or not and there is a late payment administration fee. Payments can be made by cheque payable to Burwell Early Learners, cash or BACS. Most Childcare vouchers are accepted once confirmed by the Bursar. In the term following your child’s third birthday, they become eligible for government funding. This funding covers 38 weeks and we make the application on your behalf. We will send you a termly declaration form which must be completed and returned promptly. Changes to any government funded sessions can only be made on a termly basis. For others we require 4 weeks notice for changes to come into effect in the following ½ term.

If you wish to withdraw your child for any reason, we require four weeks term time notice and a withdrawal form to be completed.

If you have concerns regarding the payment of your fees, please speak to the Manager. Please be aware that failure to pay fees may jeopardise the number of sessions that your child can attend. Fees will not be refunded if BEL has to close for any unforeseen circumstances e.g. weather, heating, burst pipes etc..
